1、 Manual dimming
The manual dimming of the laser cutting machine needs to be set according to the thickness of the material used before operation. Adjusting the laser power can better adapt to the thickness of the material and make the cutting effect more perfect. Usually, the thicker the material, the higher the laser power that needs to be set.
When dimming, you need to first open the laser panel on the workstation and find the dimming option. According to the different materials, gradually increase or decrease the laser power until the best cutting effect is achieved.
2、 Automatic dimming
Automatic dimming refers to the laser cutting machine automatically adjusting the laser intensity based on the brightness of the material itself when cutting materials. This dimming method can not only improve production efficiency, but also improve cutting accuracy.
The photoelectric probe on the laser cutting machine can measure the intensity of light reflected by the material, thereby achieving automatic dimming. When the brightness of the material changes, the laser cutting machine will also automatically adjust the laser power to ensure the stability of cutting accuracy. This method can be applied to materials of various thicknesses and colors, greatly improving cutting efficiency and production efficiency.
The dimming methods of laser cutting machines include manual dimming and automatic dimming. Manual dimming requires setting the laser power according to the thickness of different materials, while automatic dimming automatically adjusts the laser power by measuring the brightness of the materials, improving production efficiency and cutting accuracy. For different cutting materials and requirements, suitable dimming methods can be selected to ensure optimal cutting results.
