Hydraulic lathe is a kind of mechanical equipment which realizes metal cutting by using hydraulic transmission technology. Through the sensor installed in the key position (such as displacement sensor, pressure sensor) real-time monitoring of the actual motion state, and the data is fed back to the control system, and compared with the set value for error correction, so as to achieve high-precision motion control.


3. Security protection measures

Safety is the first principle in the operation of any machinery. The hydraulic lathe should be equipped with an emergency stop button, overpressure protection device, overload protection and hydraulic leakage detection system, etc., to ensure that the power source can be quickly cut off in abnormal circumstances to prevent the expansion of accidents.

• Emergency stop: An emergency stop button is set in a prominent position on the operation panel and the machine. In case of an emergency, the operator can immediately stop all actions.


• Pressure and flow monitoring: Monitor the working status of the system through the pressure switch and flow controller. When the pressure or flow exceeds the preset safety threshold, the protection mechanism is automatically activated to avoid equipment damage.
