The operation safety of hydraulic rolling machine is crucial to ensure the health and safety of operators, as well as the normal operation and maintenance of equipment. Here are some key safety precautions:

1. Professional training and authorization: Operators must undergo specialized safety education and operational skills training, and be familiar with the structure, performance, and usage methods of the rolling machine. Only with the consent of the responsible management personnel can operations be carried out.

2. Pre startup inspection: Before each startup, it is necessary to comprehensively inspect the safety devices, including emergency stop buttons, protective barriers, photoelectric protection devices, etc., and confirm that there are no tools or debris left in the work area.

3. Personal protective equipment: Operators must wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as safety helmets, protective goggles, anti smashing shoes, protective gloves, etc., to prevent accidental injury.

4. Comply with operating procedures: strictly follow the operating manual and safety regulations of the rolling machine, and do not modify equipment parameters or exceed equipment design limits without authorization.

5. Collaborative operation and command: When multiple people are working, a dedicated person should be designated to command to ensure consistent operation coordination and avoid accidents caused by misoperation.

6. Exception handling: If any abnormal sounds, vibrations, leaks, or any irregular phenomena are found during operation, the machine should be immediately shut down for inspection. Only after troubleshooting can the operation continue.

7. Lubrication and maintenance: Regularly lubricate each oil cup and manual lubrication point according to the equipment lubrication diagram to maintain good working condition of the equipment.

8. Loading and unloading safety: Ensure that the materials are placed firmly during loading to prevent them from slipping off; Pay attention to the weight and shape of the material when cutting to prevent injury or damage to the equipment.

9. Electrical safety: Ensure that the electrical system meets safety standards, avoid operating electrical switches with wet hands, and non professionals are not allowed to disassemble electrical components at will.

10. Emergency stop: A clear emergency stop button should be installed in the operating area. In case of an emergency, it should be pressed immediately to stop all actions.

11. Power outage and locking: Before maintenance, the power must be disconnected and a locking/tagging system must be implemented to prevent others from accidentally starting the equipment.

Following the above safety precautions can minimize safety hazards during the operation of hydraulic coiling machines and ensure production safety.
