In order to accelerate the development of Industry 4.0 intelligent manufacturing, many parties have introduced high-end technical talents with high salaries, strengthened the integration of digital information technology and equipment manufacturing, and basically formed a technological innovation mechanism that focuses on simultaneous development of software and hardware and system integration. It has successively established cooperative relationships with the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shandong Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences), Shandong University, and Shandong Jianzhu University, and established joint laboratories.
