  The beam side bend correction machine is used to correct the beam side bend correction. The two hydraulic cylinders on the left and right push the piston rod against the girder wing plate to bend sideways until the side bend is straightened.

  The two hydraulic cylinders pull the cylinder up and down under the action of the motor reducer through the two chains above. When the girder side bends on the upper wing plate Press the left lifting button on the left and the chain will pull the left oil cylinder up to the appropriate position of the upper wing plate curvature.

  Press the left oil cylinder button to make the piston rod of the oil cylinder resist the curvature position until the curvature is straightened. Press the left oil cylinder to reset the oil cylinder. If the side bend is on the lower wing on the left side of the girder, press the chain drive button to lower the left oil cylinder to the curvature position of the lower wing. Press the oil cylinder button to make the oil cylinder push the piston cylinder against the curvature position until the curvature is straightened.

  Press the oil cylinder button to Return the oil cylinder to its original position. The working principle of the right cylinder is the same as the left one. Push the girder to another position and repeat the above process.
