　　(1) In the trailer production and manufacturing process, the alignment of the overall frame assembly has always been a link that urgently needs improvement. The most commonly used production method now is to complete the weighing, edge banding, and frame alignment on self-made brackets. The angle dimensions need to be measured back and forth manually with a ruler, and the accuracy cannot be guaranteed. The adjustment of the side beams is difficult due to their large length and heavy weight, which greatly reduces the production quality of the entire vehicle.

　　(2) The purpose of using tooling is to ensure production safety, improve production efficiency and production quality to the greatest extent.

　　2. Working principle and description

　　1. One side of the tooling is propelled by a hoist, and the other side is used as a reference surface.

　　2. The gooseneck part takes into account the different sizes of the gooseneck and is equipped with an overall lifting function of the gooseneck platform.

　　3. The base plane (bottom) of the platform adopts the original flat plate. The plate thickness is 14 mm.

　　4. After the edge sealing is assembled, it is moved to the next station through rollers.
